Denville is known as the hub of Morris County with its location to numerous transportation routes, and its NJ Transit train station location in the center of town.
Denville is a very family-oriented community with great schools and numerous sports options. It has many lakes, parks and walking trails, and also has a wonderful main street with many shops and restaurants and ample parking. Denville has many major roads going through the township, including Interstate 80, Route 46, Route 53, & Route 10, and also has a train station, which makes it very convenient to get to New York and around New Jersey. Some favorite communities are Indian Lake, Bald Hill, Beacon Hill and Union Hill. Senior housing is available, and there is a hospital in town too. It is also very close to the Mountain Lakes YMCA.
